Prime Boudoir Policies

These policies apply to all services with the EXCEPTION of Microblading/Shading unless stated for Microblading.
All services are subject to CHANGE.
NO SHOW, & CANCELLATION FEES, BOOKING FEES AND DEPOSITS are not credit towards future services. DEPOSITS/BOOKING FEES ARE TO RESERVE YOUR APPT FOR THAT DAY ONLY AND WILL BE FORFEITED IF ANY OF THESE POLICIES ARE NOT ADHERED TO

LATE POLICY

CALL AHEAD
If client is running 10 mins or less late to their Appointment time there will be NO FEE.
If client will be more than 10 mins late they are considered CANCELING appointment, and are subject to 50% of service or the deposit that was left -whatever is greater. We do offer a one time exception. 
Please refer to No Show Policy in the case you abuse our late policy and have used your one time exception.
 

RESCHEDULING IN ADVANCED

CALLING
Client MUST speak to someone (Voicemails and Texts WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED we are closed Sunday and Monday as well), and are allowed to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead of appointment time to AVOID ANY FEES. 
 
ONLINE
A client can reschedule and cancel online on schedulicity at least 24 hours ahead of appointment time to AVOID ANY FEES (1 week for microblading or shading) 
 

RESCHEDULING SAME DAY

Must CALL ONLY 818-478-0968, NO ONLINE RESCHEDULING ALLOWED AT THIS POINT.
MUST call to reschedule, you will pay SAME DAY CHANGE FEE (50% of scheduled service or Deposit that was left, if the service required it). Microblading and Shading forfeits booking fee/deposit for same day cancellations or reschedules. No exceptions. 
 

CANCELLATION IN ADVANCE (doesn’t apply to Microblading) 

CALLING

ONLINE
Can cancel online at least 24 hours ahead of appointment time to AVOID ANY FEES .
 

CANCELLATION SAME DAY

CALLING ONLY
MUST call to cancel, you will pay a CANCELLATION FEE (50% of scheduled service or booking fee/deposit whatever is greater ) if calling less than 15 minutes before their appointment, and have exhausted your one time exception, please refer to NO SHOW POLICY.
 

NO SHOW POLICY

If a client does not communicate before the appointment and doesn’t show, the client is subject to a NO SHOW FEE (100% of scheduled service). 
If card is declined, NO SHOW FEE will have to be PAID before any new appointments.  The account will be flagged and they will not be able to book again.
If NO Show and card is successfully charged, client profile will NOT be blocked, and can book as normal.

MICROBLADING POLICY

For Safety reasons, Please no children under 10!
For NEW microblading appts,your card was charged a Booking fee/Deposit.

Your balance will be due at time of appt.
Cash Preferred 
As of 9/1/17 Microblading does NOT include a retouch session. Microblading is a two part session and a perfecting session must be scheduled within 6-12 weeks. If you have a previous tattoo or oily skin you will require a minimum of 2, possibly 3 retouches.
By booking, You understand that you MUST cancel or reschedule YOUR APPOINTMENT 1 week in advance for microblading/shading or you will forfeit your deposit for microblading. A text/voicemail is NOT an acceptable form of cancellation (we are closed Sunday and Monday). You must call and speak to upper management to cancel a microblading appointment 1 week in advance.

COURSE POLICY

Our booking fees (deposits for your course) are non refundable . If we are notified within a week (7 days) you can apply your booking fee deposit to a future class date.
If you cancel the day of, you will forfeit your deposit or 50% of the course whatever is greater . 

No shows are subject to our no show policy above. 
If you paid in full, you will need to give us a weeks notice for a refund and you will also be subject to a 5% merchant fee. Your kit fee and your booking fee may also be non refundable based on time of notice, and is on a case by case basis .
Your consent is given to these policies when you book your appointment.
We understand things come up, and emergencies happen and we gladly give a one time exception.
We ask that you kindly respect the policies we have in place .
