APPOINTMENT POLICIES

To make things simple, our policies are divided into two categories:

• Brow Services (Waxing, Shaping, Tinting, Lamination, Lash Lifts etc.)

• Permanent Makeup (Microblading, Nano Brows, Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and all PMU services)

BROW SERVICE POLICIES

(Waxing • Shaping • Tinting • Lamination • Lash Lifts/Extensions)

Booking

A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. We don't take any fees at time of service unless it's for lash extensions. Any booking fee collected reserves your appointment time only and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals

• Up to 10 minutes late: We will do our best to accommodate you.

• More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may be canceled and a fee of 50% of the scheduled service or your booking fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

Rescheduling

• 4+ hours' notice by phone: No fee.

• 4+ hours' notice online: No fee.

• Same-day changes must be made by phone only at 818-478-0968.

• One courtesy same-day reschedule may be granted at management's discretion.

Cancellations

• Cancel 24 hours or more in advance: No charge.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service or your booking fee (whichever is greater).

• One courtesy same-day reschedule may be granted at management's discretion.

No Shows

If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not contact us beforehand:

• You will be charged 75% of your scheduled service.

• Your account may be restricted until the balance is paid.

PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICIES

(Microblading • Nano Brows • Powder Brows • Lip Blush • PMU)

Booking

All Permanent Makeup appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee to reserve your appointment.

This booking fee does not apply toward future appointments if you cancel, reschedule too late, or fail to attend.

48-Hour Policy

Permanent Makeup appointments require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and is available through the app or over the phone.

To make changes, you must call and speak with our office 818-478-0968.

We are closed Sunday and Monday, and We do not accept Text messages, Voicemails, Emails on those days 
As we may not see them when we are closed. You must cancel on the app or call us by 5pm Saturday to cancel a Tuesday morning appointment.

Appointments changed with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the booking fee, and require a new booking fee to rebook.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be canceled. Your booking fee will be forfeited.

No Shows

Failure to arrive for your appointment without prior communication will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and will require a new booking fee before scheduling another appointment, and 75% of your service fee to rebook.

Perfecting Sessions

Same policies apply as above for PMU.

Permanent Makeup is a multi-session procedure.

Your initial appointment does not include a Perfecting Session, and most sessions require a second retouch.

Most clients will require a Perfecting Session 6-12 weeks after their initial procedure.

Clients with previous permanent makeup or oily skin may require additional sessions.

Children

For safety reasons, children under 10 years old are not permitted during Permanent Makeup appointments, or Lash appointments, as your eyes may be closed and our liability does not permit children to be unattended.

PLEASE NOTE

• Booking fees, deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Emergencies, illness, tardiness, or scheduling conflicts do not waive any of these policies.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

• Policies are subject to change without notice.
